Hand Delivery


Delivery Orders need to be made at least 7 days in advance of the delivery date. Delivery service is available only in South Surrey, White Rock, Cloverdale, Langley, New Westminster, and Burnaby. We do delivery on Monday to Sunday.  Once we confirm the order details with you, we will notify you the specific 3-hour delivery timeslot for your order.  We are unable to accept specific delivery time requests at this moment, however, we will try our best to make it depending on the delivery schedule.  Orders are not confirmed before the purchase has been completed

 

*Minimum Order for Delivery Service: $65 before tax and extra delivery fee applied. For delivery fee quote, please contact us with the postal code of the recipient's address.*

How To Order
 
Step 1 -   Choose the balloon set(s) that you would like to order.
 
Step 2 - Contact us by email at info@partydreams.ca or text us 778-683-9023 with the following information.

  • Send us a screenshot of the set you wish to order OR provide the Balloon set #.  

  • Preferred time and date of delivery, please provide the specific address with postal code for delivery quote.

  • Contact information of the sender and recipient

Step 3 - We will follow up with you within 24 hours for the order details (e.g. balloon color, size...) and delivery information. All details must be confirmed by text format via email or text message.  

 

Step 4 - After you complete the purchase, your balloon order will be scheduled for delivery. 

 

Delivery Policy

 

If No One is available at the designated delivery location during the scheduled timeslot:

We will not leave the order unattended at the door. Instead, your order will be securely returned to our shop. Please be advised that additional return shipping fees may apply under these circumstances. Kindly understand that no refunds will be issued, and the guarantee for same-day delivery cannot be ensured. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the secure and timely receipt of your orders.

 

Incorrect Addresses:

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there will be a additional delivery fee charged to pay for the second delivery. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

  

Recipient May be Contacted: 

For daytime deliveries, we will contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.  If we are unable to reach someone we will leave a message asking for them to call us back to organize a convenient time for us to deliver.  If we do not hear from the customer, we may put the order on hold.

 

Substitutions:  

We make changes to our inventory based upon the discovery of new and unique items, product/supplier availability and seasonal difference. Product substitutions will be chosen with equal or greater value,  while maintaining our standard of choosing products of the highest quality. We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement of your gift.

 

Extreme Weather and Inaccessible Locations: 

There will be times when delivery dates and times will not be met due to circumstances beyond our control. Sometimes, extreme weather may make it impossible for your order to be delivered as you wished. If your order cannot be delivered due to weather conditions, inaccessibility to the delivery site, special order considerations and delays, or for any other reason, we will make every attempt to contact the sender and/or the recipient concerning the delay.  Unless you tell us otherwise, in all situations where we are unable to deliver your order on time, in the method you specified, we will reschedule delivery for the next available delivery date and time.

 

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 20-30 business days before the event/delivery/pick-up date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 20 business days before the event/delivery/pick-up date will not receive a refund.
